4. Using it properly
Don’t use Nitamur to break the law, to store illegal content, to attack or overload the service, to try to reach other people’s data, or to create accounts in bulk. We may suspend or delete an account that does, and an account that has been unused for a long time, after telling you by email where we can.
5. A free service, provided as it is
Nitamur is free and is run by one person, in their own time. It is provided “as is”, with no promise that it is always available, error-free, or that your data will never be lost. Keep your own copy of anything important: Settings → Data → Export JSON.

6. Liability

7. Changes and ending
You can stop at any time and delete your account in Settings → Account & sync. We may change the service, or stop running it. If that happens we tell account holders in the app and by email in good time, so that you can export your data. We may update these terms, and tell signed-in users in the app before the change applies. Continuing to use Nitamur after that means you accept the new terms.
8. Law
Dutch law applies, and disputes go to the Dutch courts, without taking away any protection your own country’s mandatory consumer law gives you.
